Meet Our Core Team

Adith Abraham, CEO

Adith is a Human Capital specialist who turned to be a Business Strategy guy. He has invested over 24years in the HR & OD domain, with 13+years spent in creating successful start-ups. As an entrepreneur since 2006, he has consulted for some of the largest Banks, Oil & Gas, EPC, Insurance, FMCG, and more in Competency based HR solutions, Process Engineering, Continuous Performance Development, Project Management, OD, etc. His earliest venture is now amongst the top 10 consulting firms in the Middle East. And, in his last corporate role, he was the Country Manager - People Development & Training at Intel Technologies.

Under his leadership, his team won the Gold at 2016 & 2017 Brandon Hall Group Excellence awards for contributing with $11.9M worth additional revenue opportunities for their customer through simulations and also won a Silver award for accelerating employee performance by .58 points in less than 12 weeks.

He is an alumnus from XLRI, Jamshedpur and has successfully completed courses on Business Strategy from Harvard Business School. He is also a Certified Scrum Master and an MBTI practitioner certified by Asianic Psychology Press India Pvt Ltd.

Somnath Ghosh, CTO

Som is our technology guy. Having acquired his degree in Mathematics from IIT Kharagpur, he spent his last 25years in the IT industry, starting his career with Tata Consultancy Services as a Developer to heading the Supply Chain Office and PMO at Intel Technologies for the Great Asia Region, in his last corporate role. He was a member of the leadership team at Intel India and has successfully contributed to developing the organization to where it is today.

His passion for enabling people through technology and learning made him take the entrepreneurial plunge with SimWorks. He has successfully developed simulators using algorithms that can mirror people's emotions and personalities, that are so unique to the core of what we do.

As an early certified PMP professional, he is also a Certified Scrum Master who has led over 500 Waterfall and SCRUM projects in the VUCA world.

Rani Abraham, Director

Rani is the life of the core team managing the Business process and People. Having completed her Masters in Computer Applications in the early 2000s, she began her career as a Java developer with Netkraft and then Accenture. After much success with the Bank of NewYork project, she moved to the Middle East to assist the Central Bank of Oman and Central Bank of UAE in implementing the core banking technology solutions with all local and international banks.

She has been involved in developing and delivering the learning content for all our simulators since 2013. She has completed her course from IIM Kozhikode in Leadership.

She takes pride in leading people by first serving them.

Anthony Paris, Principal Advisor

Tony is our inspiration and the founder of Active Management International. He has been working on designing digital Simulators since the 1970s, way before the connected world and popular clouds made it easier for simulation experiences. His early work on simulating business processes has given him customers for life (literally), such as NASA, Boeing, GE, Project Management Institute, Schindler, Chicago Bridge and Iron, US Navy, CSC, Barclays to name a few. His experience in the corporate world has given him the skills to be a business analyst, architect, developer, and content designer for areas such as Project Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing, SCRUM, Business & Strategy, Service Management, and more.

After having completed his degree in Nuclear Science from the University of Manchester, he moved to New York City in the 70's as an early mover in the IT industry. He later moved to Malta where he led the business functions of Air Malta as the Managing Director.

His famous quote on simulations - "If you need it, we have it. But if we don't have it, you don't need it" often find customers instantly taking a liking to him.

Sanju Zachariah, Director

Sanju is the motivator in the core team. He began his career at PwC in New York City as a Software Engineer after completing his Engineering from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. He then went on to managing project and programs for the Aviation business at Honeywell for over 15years. He started his entrepreneural journey few years prior in multiple business including KPO, Medical Billing and Transcription, Retail etc. He is an innovator and is constantly in the pursuit for solving unique customer needs, that are out of the ordinary.

He is currently based in Pennsylvania, USA and leads our business from the East Coast.

He is an avid researcher who spends a lot of time in perfecting anything he does.
