
Agile Entrepreneurial Leadership
Course Purpose
Every Project Manger spend majority of their time working with Customer needs, challenges and pain points. Service organizations are seeking ways to productize ideas, fund the development and successfully create a culture of 'Intrapreneurship'.
Associates will gain hands-on experience in Planning, Executing, Leading an Agile project with simulated characters who will play Customer, and Dev Team Members. They will also be challenged to pitch an innovative idea that has the potential to be Productized, to Investors for sponsorship during the learning journey.
Course Objectives
By the end of the training, Delegates will
- Understand the key differences between Traditional and Agile projects
- Identify the characteristics of a successful Agile Project
- Recall and implement the Agile framework in a project
- Appreciate how Customer value is delivered through the Agile approach
- Develop Customer loyalty through Agile approach
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams without direct authority over them.
- Implement the Servant Leadership attributes
- Identify entrepreneurial opportunities
- Plan for successful delivery of projects by applying a ‘whole brain’ approach
- Apply John Adair's Leadership model for Individual development and Team bonding
- Identify the stages of team development using Tuckman's model
- Prepare Hypotheses based on a researched and socialized idea
- Implement a Hypothesis driven development model
