PMBOK based Project Leadership Simulation
Program Purpose
To facilitate the effective application of People Leadership and Project Management Body of Knowledge in a real-world like project environment to ensure standardization of skills and response for all Project Managers.
Program Objectives
By the end of the training, Delegates will
- Identify the key reasons why projects fail in the planning stage
- Assess and determine the real needs of the customer
- Apply the core project management tools and techniques
- Identify project activities, prepare a Work Breakdown Structure with a critical path
- Prepare a project stakeholder map and strategy
- Present and present an overall budget that is inline with your organization's project strategy
- Plan for successful delivery of projects by applying a ‘whole brain’ approach
- Apply John Adair's Action Centered Leadership model while managing tasks, individuals and teams
- Identify Motivators and Satisfiers of the individual team member
- Apply the Situational Leadership model based on the Skill and Will of team members
- Manage project information and uncertainty
- Maintain project control and quality assurance
- Deliver customer satisfaction through relationship building and needs analysis
- Identify Risks, prepare contingency plans
- Qualify and build relationships with Subcontractors, Vendors to ensure effective project delivery

Program Delivery Method
30pct of the program will be spent in learning concepts while 70pct of the program will focus on applying the learning in successfully leading a simulated project.
