PMBOK based Project Leadership Simulation 

Program Purpose
​

To facilitate the effective application of People Leadership and core Project Management Body of Knowledge in a construction (EPC) based project environment, to ensure standardization of skills and decision making for all Managers to successfully navigate a project end to end.

Program Objectives

By the end of the training, Delegates will
​

- Assess and determine the real needs of the customer and prepare project KPIs

- Prepare a charter document that summarizes the project 

- Apply the core project management tools and techniques of planning, execution and controlling

- Identify project activities, prepare a Work Breakdown Structure with critical path

- Prepare a project stakeholder map and strategy

- Identify Risks, prepare contingency plans

- Present and present an overall budget that is inline with your organization's project strategy

- Apply People Leadership while managing tasks, individuals and team

- Maintain project control, quality assurance, claims, LDs and change

- Manage customer expectations, and relationship

- Qualify and build relationships with Subcontractors, Vendors to ensure effective project delivery

Program Delivery Method

​

    The program can be delivered as a classroom learning, virtual learning, or as a Hybrid learning        engagement.

    3 participants will form a team 

​

    Teams are given access to the online simulator

 

    The simulation is based on a bespoke case study

​

    Client's Senior Leaders are involved in budget presentation, mid project review and end review

​

    Gamification principles are used to facilitate competition
