Agile Project Leadership Simulation
Program Purpose
To facilitate the effective application of SCRUM manifesto, philosophy, principles and to ensure Customer collaboration and Value Creation in an Agile way.
Program Objectives
By the end of the training, Delegates will
- Understand the key differences between Traditional and Agile projects
- Identify the characteristics of a successful Agile Project
- Recall and implement the Agile framework in a project
- Continuously collaborate with the Customer to prepare and refine product backlog
- Appreciate how Customer value is delivered through the Agile approach
- Develop Customer loyalty through Agile approach
- Prepare and present a Customer Value proposition
- Appreciate the role of the Product Owner, Scrum Master and Team Member
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams without direct authority over them
- Implement the Servant Leadership attributes
- Identify Motivators and Satisfiers of the individual team member
- Successfully implement the Agile roles, events, artefacts and values
- Manage project information and uncertainty
- Maintain project control and quality assurance

Program Delivery Method
30pct of the program will be spent in learning concepts while 70pct of the program will focus on applying the learning in successfully leading a simulated project.
3 participants will form a team
Teams are given access to the online simulator
The simulation is based on a bespoke case study
Customer's Senior Leaders are involved in reviewing the value strategy presentation
Gamification principles are used to facilitate competition
A live dashboard facilitates a competitive environment
